About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate or final year student to join our Sydney team based in Mulgrave near Windsor. As part of a dynamic team, you will be supported with a structured development program which will provide the tools to help you succeed.

This role will suit a self-motivated individual and provide an opportunity to join a market leader in the modular building industry. The position will make an integral contribution to the overall success of the Sydney business and will provide the successful applicant with a broad overview of all facets of the ATCO Structures & Logistics business.

This dynamic role aims to provide an accelerated introduction into sales, as well as the opportunity to learn key project management and leadership skills and grow with the business.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

A recent Graduate (or soon to be) from a Business or related discipline;
Willingness to learn all components of the front end sales of the Mulgrave branch, including attending to queries from new and existing customers;
A keen interest in understanding the details of packages of varying complexity, from developing short-term rental proposals through to the submission of project tender packages;
Eagerness to attend to the needs of our diverse customers, with the end goal of articulating high-level proposals to deliver quality solutions;
Willingness and curiosity to learn about the overall business, products and commercial aspects of our operations;
Strong interpersonal skills to support dealings across a broad customer market;
A natural drive and motivation to develop our business and building a sustainable customer network.
