“SURVEYORS

LIVERPOOL & EPPING OFFICES

ESTABLISHED IN 1978

Due to continual workload we require the services of the following competent Professionals;

Registered Surveyor (or Graduate seeking Registration).
Technician Surveyor with NSW Cadastral experience.
Our Consultancy offers a variety of services to Private and Public sector clients ranging from large National Companies to small Private Developers.

Areas covered include all of Sydney, South Coast, Southern Highlands, Lower Blue Mountains, Central Coast.

The Surveying, Planning and Engineering Groups within our Business, with two Offices across Sydney provide a wide range of services to the Land Development, Residential Building and Infrastructure Industries including;

All traditional Surveying Disciplines using modern reflector-less and laser equipment.
Subdivision Planning , Design & Project Management
Wastewater & Potable Water (sewer and water) Design and Project Management.
Detail Surveys, building setouts and as constructed surveys.
Detail Surveys, construction and services setouts, Work as Constructed Surveys, Subdivision Plans.
To fill these positions we are looking for competent Professionals who are looking for a long term career position.

CAD drafting / field computation skills will be highly regarded for all positions.

You must have Australian experience and fulfill one of the requirements below;

An enthusiastic young Registered Surveyor who wants to progress to Manager/Partnership level.
Graduate actively seeking Registration and a view to future Partnership.
Existing Practice seeking Acquisition/ merger. You may be a sole practitioner or small practice, and sick of time lost to running the business and would enjoy the opportunity to concentrate on surveying.
Experienced Technician Surveyor who can work independently, and is seeking long term employment.
The size of our Business will enable you to gain experience in all aspects of the development process.

If already experienced, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge, leading to a management role.

If less experienced, or more interested in pursuing field or drafting roles, the size and flexibility of our Business will allow you to develop your potential in areas to which you are suited.
