An exciting opportunity exists for an Office/Marketing Assistant at EzyMart in Sydney, NSW.

About Us

EzyMart is the largest independent convenience store retailer in Australia. We are currently seeking a Marketing/Administration Assistant to join our Sydney CBD office team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Working on marketing projects
Managing social media accounts
Staying up to date with marketing trends
Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinating with the IT department regarding office equipment
Managing executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments
Organising new staff orientation
Maintaining filing systems
Handling customer enquiries and complaints
Requirements

Qualification in marketing or business administration, or working towards it
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to learn new systems and processes used within the company
Be punctual, creative, and organised
