The role: Support the day-to-day operations of the agency and delivery of agency & client projects

Overarching areas of work
Administration Management
Being the champion of our systems and processes to ensure we operate efficiently and effectively as an agency.

You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are actioned in a timely and organised manner. Tasks include filing/filing management, maintenance of business development email inboxes and Monday.com, meeting scheduling and taking/distributing minutes. This will also include supporting with client admin from time to time.

Project Management
Supporting the team, and our clients, with project management to ensure we deliver projects on time and of exceptional quality.

You will be responsible for ensuring project timings and task deadlines are met. This includes supporting the team with workflow management, maintaining project plans/Monday.com boards and assisting with client/ project communications as needed.

Other Areas
Depending on education, experience and your area of interest and the business needs, you will support marketing, behavioural research and analysis, employee experience consulting or new business.

Marketing

Supporting the Account Manager with the execution of the marketing strategy and plan in a timely and considered manner.

You will work alongside the Account Manager to bring our marketing strategy/plan to life! This includes – event management/coordination, briefing our designer/content team, project management, reporting, etc. You will also be responsible for managing our social media accounts – posting, community management, and reporting.

Behavioural Research & Analysis

Supporting the Account Manager, lead Branding Designer and CEO with the coordination and execution of branding, employee experience and employee motivation research.

You will work closely with the team to develop, coordinate and shape research to be conducted, analyse the data received and put together recommendations for creative development.

New Business Development

Supporting the CEO, you will support the development of events but virtual and face to face as needed.

Adhoc tasks
There will be other tasks as you learn and as we get to know you and your strengths, passion and ambition.

This will include assistance with general agency tasks to support the CEO and Account Manager as needed.

The Details
Reporting to: Account Manager

Hours: 12-16 hours per week, must be available minimum 3 hours, 4 days a week (days/times can be negotiated – must be available Monday & Friday).

Role Type: This is a freelance position payable by the hour plus super. You will need an ABN and to follow our timesheet / monthly invoicing requirements.

Location: Hybrid remote work. Ideally also available to work in person once a week/fortnight (Sydney CBD/ Manly).
