RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research and build your market and become an expert in your vertical market
Create a solid lead base of prospective candidate and clients and build relationships and grow your network within your market, managing the full 360 recruitment process
A phone-based role giving advice and delivering solutions according to your clients’ needs
Manage the application and interview process using best practice interview tools and templates
Generate revenue in line with Opus sales targets
A drive and passion to succeed with a competitive and ambitious mind-set
Have some face to face or tele sales experience
Bundles of energy and enthusiasm
Be a strong team player and work closely with your counterpart to dominate your market
Good understanding of Opus Talent Solutions, our brands (Opus Recruitment Solutions, JD Ross Energy, _Nology) and our markets

ABOUT YOU:

Experience in a phone-based sales role
A commitment and drive to succeed
Ability to work in a KPI and target driven environment
Strong communication skills
