The opportunity

Our mission is to accelerate the transition to zero emissions transport. To do that, we’re working closely with the state and local governments so we can simultaneously make the transition.

We have a fantastic opportunity for two Zero Emission Transport (ZET) Engineers to join the Evenergi team in supporting the planning and implementation of electric vehicle charging stations across NSW. This is an initial 12 month project with potential for extension.

The ZET Engineers will work closely with the NSW Office of Energy and Change while supporting the grants team. This is a great role for current or recent graduated engineers who have a passion for the EV space.

This is a full-time role on an initial 12 month contract.

Tasks & Responsibilities

* Supporting workflow processes between different stages of the grant application process
* Reviewing grant applications against defined criteria and documenting findings
* Checking application documentation for validity against defined criteria
* Documenting assessment outcomes and decisions
* Running regular status reports
* Progressing & documenting applications in the grants management platform from one stage to another
* Sending out notifications to applicants
* Supporting the development of new business rules around grant application management

Qualifications and Experience

Must-haves

* Ability to receive training in how to use Smarty Grants web based grant management platform
* Attention to detail and document management
* Ability to follow workflow processes (and identify opportunities for improvement/modification)
* Professional and trustworthy
