Due to the high volume of roles across Sydney, Brisbane + Melbourne we need –

The Role

The team is currently seeking a Talent Resourcer, initially as a paid intern resource. The Talent Resourcer will assist our Recruitment team by:
Seeking out talent via our multi-channel search methodology
Undertaking skill and experience screening for potential candidates
Managing the candidate introduction and screening process
Assisting candidates with all relevant inquiries
Establishing and maintaining active talent pools of candidates for multiple roles
Assisting labor-hire, permanent, and executive search consultants with other tasks as required

You are someone who communicates exceptionally well with others and takes a resilient attitude toward new workplace challenges.

You will also have:
Tertiary qualifications in either/or Psychology, HR, Communications, related disciplines.
IT Software + Social Media savvy capability.
Previous project coordination experience, or previous experience within a support-oriented role
Exemplary organizational skills, with an eye for detail
Advanced communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
Proficiency in working with computer systems and social media platforms
