About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Advisor to join our team in Perth. As a recent engineering, science, or mathematics graduate, this role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact in an industry dedicated to fun. 🚀🌈

Role Responsibilities:
Lead the development and consolidation of ISO 9001:2015 and health and safety systems across our organisation.
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, Australian and New Zealand Standards, and customer specifications.
Provide clear direction and assistance to managers and supervisors, fostering an understanding of their SHEQ responsibilities.
Conduct training on SHEQ systems and ensure their ease of use for our staff.
Demonstrate active and visible leadership through strategic direction, effective consultation, and open communication. 📊💼

Key Requirements:
– A degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field.
– A deep understanding of work health and safety principles and practices.
– Strong communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
