$76,600 base plus super plus salary packaging

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and organisational skills to join our Business Intelligence Unit. As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, providing crucial data to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. 📊💼

Key Responsibilities:

● Address data extract requirements for direct marketing campaigns, including segmentation strategies. 📧
● Provide business intelligence services through data mining, building reporting models, and BI report authoring. 🔍
● Produce reports and analysis for campaign performance review. 📈
● Generate regular KPI reports and work with the data warehouse using T-SQL. 📊
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business intelligence requirements within a project management framework. 🤝

Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or internship.
● Understanding or experience in programming/coding languages like SQL. 💻
● Database knowledge including SQL, Power BI, CRM, and ETL. 🛠️
● Hands-on experience in querying and extracting data from relational databases or data warehouses. 💼
● Strong stakeholder management, communication, and customer service skills. 🗣️
● Understanding of data usage for communication purposes and governing regulations. 📋
● Appreciation of data issues and solutions, especially de-duplication and data cleanliness. 🧹
