Key Responsibilities include

Recording daily banking transactions and reconciliations

Processing Fortnightly payroll

Debtor and Creditor Management

Weekly invoicing and billing,

General ledger maintenance and reconciliations

Month end processes (including journals and accruals)

GST reconciliation and quarterly BAS submissions

Monthly/annual payroll tax and Instalment Activity Statements.

Contractor’s agreements administration.

Overseeing the cashier functions.

Assisting in HR administration

Your Profile

Certificate or near qualified in accounting and bookkeeping

MYOB and Payroll experience preferred

Experienced with Microsoft office packages

Excellent telephone manner, experienced at dealing with diverse service providers

Maturity in handling sensitive or confidential material or issues.
