Graduate Accountant

We are looking for a Graduate Accountant to join our Finance Team in a full-time permanent position in our Sydney office.

The role will support the existing team of 7 and will have responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Processing of accounts payable and vendor management
Balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
Assisting the Royalties Administrator with accounting for Rights Income
Preparation and posting of general ledger journals
Assisting with ad hoc financial reporting as required

The successful applicant will have:

Solid accounting knowledge developed through a Business or Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting
High level communication skills (written and verbal) and strong stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
A willingness to be hands on and a desire to grow and develop in the role
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
