My client is an established national Tier 2 builder with a $300M turnover employing 170 staff located in NSW.
They deliver projects within the commercial, federal, healthcare and education sector building up to $20M.

The Role

My client has a great opportunity for an intermediate/experienced Project Engineer to join their team. The successful Project Engineer will have 3- 4years post grad experience working within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Reporting to a highly experienced Senior Project Manager
* Ability lead and push projects forward to ensure the completion is on time and within budget
* Planning & scheduling, reviewing design deliverables, assisting with preparation of site construction budgets and reports, quality control, project planning/programming and contract administration.
* You will ensure that the programme, quality of works and OH&S is adhered to.

Skills Required
* Fitout and refurbishment experience essential
* Must hold a degree in a relevant field
* Must have more than 3 years’ experience in a similar position
* Excellent knowledge of subcontractors
* Excellent leadership, time management, and rapport building skills
* Experience in quality management and safety systems management
* Strong experience in fitout & refurbishment preferred
